We understand buying online can be difficult without being able to see products in person. We are happy to issue a refund if the product is faulty, or offer an exchange for change of mind at your return shipping expense.
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs is at the responsibility of the customer.

You will be directed to paypal where you can set up a monthly payment schedule. A 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required, followed by monthly automatic repayments (made automatically through your paypal) 1-3 month terms available.
There is a one off 0.9% admin fee for this service paid to the lay buy team.
Your order will be shipped out AFTER the final payment is made.

Cancelled lay buys - PayPal auto cancel a recurring profile ( and order is then not placed ), when they have an issue with customer’s linked card in their PayPal setup.
Normally issue is no funds, an expired card, a pre-paid card or the bank of linked card think it’s a fraudulent transaction - and PayPal then have to unfortunately cancel the plan, because they then cannot auto process the instalment payments.
Customer needs to check their PayPal setup and ensure they have correct card linked. Then when rectified, try place order again.
If any payments were paid, I will refund these through pay pal.
